The Fed's Upgrading of the Federal Debt
Two days ago, credit rating agency Fitch downgraded the federal debt. John Avlon: The log jam won't break until rates come down, which won't happen until inflation is dead. He says if inflation holds up, oil prices are suggesting it could, the Fed could even get back to hiking.Avlon: Each time we hope it's done, they throw a new curveball. We will see if any Fitch executives get that pink slip.
