The Importance of Mindfulness in Treatment of Depression

An approach like MBCT can help different people to take different things from the program and apply them in their lives. And I think there have been at least two MBCT studies now, at least two or three CBT studies that suggest that when we focus on the hedonic system, we get better outcomes than if we don't. That's going to be one of the breakthroughs that we'll see in treatment of depression in 10 years.
