Solo 401ks - Can You Set It Up for 2022?

In secure 2.0 that was part of the budget bill that passed on Christmas Eve, or a couple of days before Christmas, one of the provisions in there said, hey, for solo 401ks, you can actually set it up up until the tax return deadline and make employer contributions only for sole proprietors. It's not going to work because you got to have a W two, but employee and employer contributions can still work in a solo. If we were on life forum, I'm sure someone would ask this: "I screwed up didn't get my 401k done"
