The Role of CDRP in Vasoconstriction
When we induced vasoconstriction of a cerebral vessel, the sensory fibers in the brain released CDRP to normalize the vasotone. I tried to translate that into vasospastin. If I applied blood on a cerebral vessel in vivo, we did that in cat experiments and CDRP could so tonormalize the tone. So that was, you can say, some kind of an anti-vacochonstrictor substance.
