I think it's like when you start training from the very first time your body responds really well. When you go through this cyclical style of training and nutrition and detoxification, then your body just responds so much better. And I feel better now in my late 40s than I did when I was training in my 30s because I just didn't know any better. We need to prioritize our mitochondria and our gut health. Some people will refer to it as second brain. I think it's our first brain.
