I think we started very small. And, you know, i've benefited from having the credibility as a practitioner that people knew, like, independent of the text stuff that i was doing in my firm. I'm also known to be a low contrarian, that i think what the clients want are actually very clear. We are what they think. That is probably the majority behavior with a law practice generally. It's incredibly strange when you think about it as a kind of a service industry, right? But, for me, the most successful solutions are those where there isn't any difference between client and attorney.
