What Does a Secular View of God Mean?
Only about ten per cent of americans say they don't believe in any higher power or spiritual force at all. That means 90 % believe something or someone exists out there. But those beliefs are not based on some kind of revelation from an authoritative supernatural being. Without revelation of that nature, there's nothing a person has to b there are no requirements.
