Don't start companies with co founders that you just met without working with them a little bit first. One of the biggest mistakes i remember making is choosing people based on, basically, like, will they validate that this is worth working on? Will they join me? And i was just so surprised people would join me. I actually wasn't picky enough. I wasn't greedy enoughi like, no, you i really need to take as much time as possible.
