In order for the business to grow, me just need watch less, tve and work more. That's exactly what should be happening. If you see the ceo working 80 hours a week, well, they're, yes, working there. I'm working 500 hours a week. It's all i think about. And so if i can afford to hire 25 people to do my job, that's going to afford me the freedom to think, to work on the business.
