I'd Never Seen Her Cry Like That
She asked me, do you think something bad will happen if we go to the hospital? I do yes. We went to the e r. Every time it seemed she was just about to be seen, some person was wheeled in with massive head drama and bleeding eyes. They gave preference to the people who arrived in ambulances which seemed like a total scamp. She slept on the filthy waiting room floor. The night before, i would have set fire to the hospital. But this was a new day. Two hours later, she was in a brace and in a wheel chair, and we were released.
