Is There Any Good Law Firm for a Series A?

I would always go to a lawyer, and i would go to a law firm that really worked with startups. Just go and look for the companies who raised money. And most often you find whom they worked with - case doties or anything exactly. The term sheet is basically also, you know, sort of like a letter of intent,. But you haven't actually purchased or signed any shares yet. So how do you then proceed after that? He said he never saw a big change from the non binding term sheet to the actual shareholders agreement.
