The Importance of Personal Development in Football

I'm really excited to arrive in another club, when the opportunity arrived. I was going down on the individual and the out playing and the skill sets. There's a number of hours of coaching in terms of just subtle conversation or prompting of players that happens outside the pitch because it builds focus and motivation. The best players at Chelsea in Liverpool would still be the best players in Brazil so it still comes down to opportunities at the top. We do have very very good players back in England as hopefully the under 20 World Cup showed.
