Onlinetrainer is a mentorship company that helps young entrepreneurs get their start in the business world. The first thing they do when someone signs up for a program is make an introduction via phone or WhatsApp to myself, Jason and their personal success coach. They then connect them on a call as soon as possible which lasts about five to 10 minutes. Onlinetrainers also use Skype calls with student advisors who can help build trust between mentors and students.
