Is There a Relationship With Performance?
I think it's so important in a cultshow, within a culture of an organization, that once we start having those problems and thay they they do happen, you know that that that you get on to them as quickly as you possibly can. Is there a relationship there with performance? Absolutely there is. Well, it'll either be either b. They're great at their job, but they're not great people and the teams around them. And so if you want to be really great in hour organization, ver be great your job and great with people.
