How to Find a Good Investment

I like invisible deals, which is my third commandment. And that just to me means it's off market or it's not known by other people. So something that supports my lifestyle, something that I can de-risk. By the way, I feel like I've done very well for myself and made some smart moves just on paying attention to what millennials are spending.
