Do You Do Weekly Reviews?

How do you get weekly reviews done? Are you doing em regularly? Do you have a habit for that? And to what degree have you been able to train and educate other people about that? Just corps, critical behavior e lit. My typical approaches, that's a weakind thing. Oftentimes what i might slip into the office for an hour or two on the week end when it's quiet.
