Do You Want That First Bite of Business?

Don't start going in for the whole thing. There's nothing wrong with wanting that, but you've got to earn that first bite first. Be really beware of trying to like, jump ahead ten steps. One of the easiest pieces of business to earn is repeat business. The second is referal business. So we got to do a great job and show up on that first piece so that we can earn the repeat or so that We can earn that referal creating those ambassadors, those advocates for us within an organization. And i find this happens a lot with clients. Sometimes it makes me giggle, and sometimes it makes me just like shake my head.
