In the book, you also sort of go into some of the quotes that I had written down years ago when I wrote it. Relaxation does not result in happiness. People are happier at work. More flow experiences equal more life satisfaction. And flow happens when your mind's stretched, when you're trying to accomplish something worthwhile and difficult. So all of that, again, does not bode well for the whole early retirement thing.
