The Future of Semiconductor Manufacturing
Semiconductor giant Samsung estimated a 96% fall in profit and announced plans to slow production, blaming a global drop in demand for semiconductors. In its most recent survey, industry body the Global Semiconductor Alliance reported that two-thirds of companies believed the global chip shortage would ease by the end of 2023.
