The History of Christian Astrology

In late antiquity, what's important for us to get our heads around? I mean, we've talked about some Gnostics who take planetary stuff very, very seriously. And that is already true for Babylonian astrology that goes back 2000 years before Christianity. So the link between an empirical approach and this scientific approach to the movement of the stars was a unity in natural philosophy until the 20th century.
