The Importance of Pointing in English

Luke: People of all ages in cultures around the world communicate by pointing, sometimes with parts of the body like the nose and the head. The latest study on why people point suggests one reason is because it's so deeply rooted in human behavior. Luke plays a recording of his two-year-old daughter speaking both French and English often at the same time. He says he expects they'll slowly kind of diverge as she gets older but to keep it natural.
