A bank can only lend its deposits. It can't lend its own capital. Think about that in terms of the way we deposit money into our insurance policies. We will take savings, money that we were sending out, whether it's for other things that we're saving for or money that we are using to pay down debt. And we allocate that money as our deposits. Now, that's the money that allows us to go out and take over the debt that we have. That’s the money that allowing us to go buy real estate and create new deposits,. even double our deposits.
