The Straight Leg Test Is a Great Way to Warm Up for a Run

A lot of runners either have that a symmetry between the left and right side, you know, when it comes to ground contact time. But that straight leg test is really indicative and helpful of of a lot of different issues that might be going on. And if runners can go through some of those mobility exercises as they're warming up for a run, i not only think that's a great way to warm up, but it can also be a fun diagnostic tool.
