Is It OK to Eat 50 % of Daily Protein From Powders?

Next is a question from caled salma. He asks if it's ok to eat a hundred and 20 grams of way protein per day, if he is eating other whole foods to get up to 200 grams of protein per day. My general recommendation is no more than 50 % of daily protein from powders. And that's a little bit too much for me personally. I'm around 30 to forty percent at most.
