Is There a Need for a Four Day Work Week?
I think there's at least two things to think about in these european experiments. One of the reasons why people choose a morvacation and not the one hour reduction per day is exactly the synchronization thing. But i don't think that can mean we need to impose how individuals think about the trade of between common free time. I just don't know if these rules are the way to get it, or if we need a broader rethink of the way we think about work.
