The Curse of Knowledge
Founders are often at the expert and think, Oh yeah, everyone knows these words I'm using. That is the curse of knowledge as I know you wrote about in your book as well. Once we know something, like it was for the Tappers, we find it very hard to imagine what it means knowing it. It's our inability to pull ourselves in the audience's shoes. If we are not careful, it's very easy to fall into this.
