I've Never Seen a Detective Drama Before

I haven't been as smoved and impressed by a show since i watched happy valley. I think they're incredibly kind of richly drawn. Like every single character, yourself and nicholas walker's character - all the rest of ther kind of cop team. And most importantly, the so called badies, the victims and the people and the perpetrators,. all of them are so well rounded and flashed out. You get this really humane perspective on what might have motivated people to behave in these terrible ways. But yet, i think it's that, i think there's a lot of humanity and empathy at the heart of the show. One recently, attually, was a retired detective
