Introduction
It's 405 days since Russia began its invasion of Ukraine. The pro-war Russian military blogger Ladlin Tatarsky was killed in a St. Petersburg cafe on Sunday while he was speaking at a pro-war event surrounded by his supporters. And the cafe is linked to Jevgeny Pragogen, who is head of the infamous Wagner group of mercenaries. Both men have been critical of the Russian army for holding back in Ukraine and failing to provide them with adequate weapons.
