The Case of Joe's Rubbernecking

A man came in to file documents into his case. He took 20 minutes to file two affidavits and a motion. The officer said he would call me back on Wednesday when he was back on duty. Thursday rolls around no Joe. Until 425 he be-lined it for the computer in the corner. We had already put into place a safety plan. Three deputies followed him into the office. Two officers came down and they questioned him. He admitted to being at Plato's closet, but denied hearing my conversation with Lynn. Also stated that he believed his ex-wife was setting him up.
