The Moral Compass That Makes Any Organization Great
Book talks about the idea that we should use n p s as a moral compass to insure that people are treated right. Can you give us an example of what you mean? Well, i'll tell you what happens when you focus on financials. You end up doing things to customers that hurt you, make them unhappy andd embarrass your employees. I call em bad profits. Great examples are tripling or quadrupling the real price of gas solene when you refill your rental car gas tank. Or air airline change fees when you change three months in advance. And yet they've got you, so they'll charge you a hundred or 200 dollars um closed fees. What a horrible idea.
