Blackmail - The Young Man in Distress

Last night we all bonded because we noticed a young man in distress, and he happened to be black. We waited with him until the officer arrived,. And we repeatedly informed the officer that d was assaulted. You all didn't see the second instance, when he slapped his hand and his phone fell and cracked. The officer told us that his supervisor told him that he could only charge the white guy with malicious injury, with malicious injury to property, and not assault. I learnt that one day. A cop told me, they can't charge you with assault if they didn't see the assault. That's one of those charges. They have to see it. But i mean, public like now
