Oklahoma City's Draft Day Promises

Oklahoma City has a long line of guys that you poke a chef ski that everybody had a promise from Oklahoma City. I could see Kobe Buffkin targeting one of these teams with a wide open back court where he can go in and his value is as a big point guard. There are definitely many times where teams have made promises not thinking that another guy would be on the board but then that guy's on the board so they have a moment of like whoof well we got to take the guy we promised.
