Noye: I'm trying to figure out, like, what exactly was going on in culture that made this vibe so prevalent. And i'm wondering if it's like, mayby post financial collapse in two thousand eight, like people just started not caring about meany. Cause when i look at them, it's really those children wearing those outfits that are all soft themselves. It's very much a grunge community right?
