i really just don't think you need that extra vitem and c deficient. glycene plays a pretty big role there. There is theoretically cause for concern about kidney stones when you're taking in high doses of hydroxy proleine, which is one of the components of gelatine and college. It's not like studies are getting kidney stones all over the place. But theoretically, if you have a history of kidney stones, or at something that you're really watchful of, maybe high doses of Hydroxyproleine wouldn't be advisable. I'm just going to throw another practical consideration out there too.
