What Is the Holdsiber Ship?

The heldsiber ship is that, unlike a planetary scale, where there's this massive ship. It almost seemed like the ship was going to be some physical node or place that would receive information that it would be process thnd it would go to, like, the master channel. And it was basically the same idea that he was trying to get out there. He doesn't seem to be super techno but has great grasp of ho technology sort of functions and like, a sociological way. But isn't very passionate about the actual building of it, or teeming up with engineers that could build it. The time when he had the most success, in the most money was during the boom
