The mind needs a project to exist, doesn't it? The mind is a project manager. It's a micromanager of imaginary problems. And we are going to experience all of the feelings that come with that fraught and volatile micro management in our life. When you discern the nature of any given content, you don't find content, you find context. If the foreground is only the background and the background has no opposite, therefore, there is no duality and there is no problem. This is from the Bible, 2 Corinthians 4, 16. Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace.
