Introduction
Jack Cornfield: My teacher Ajahn Chah, this wonderful old forest master in Thailand, used to like to answer all kinds of questions and things that were going on. He would just say the Thai language he would say, my nah. Which means it's uncertain, isn't it? And so there's some celebration of the tentativeness of the way things are. Impermanence of the body should give us great clarity deepening the wonder in our senses and eyes of this mysterious existence we share with each other.
