In recruiting, you only need like three to five clients to be absolutely busy. It's kind of like do this outreach stage first to see what kind of traction you get or what kind of reaction that you get in the market. So once you get through to five clients, you're good. And then later on, the game is about upgrading those clients and getting, you know, higher fees with better clients.
