How to Treat Stakeholders Like Users in Your Research Process

The next mistake that I made was not using research goals, right? So that kind of meant that my research didn't have a focus. What happened is I almost had a different conversation with every single person I spoke to which does not make for any sort of fun synthesis or report building. And so without those research goals, my sessions were all over the place. It's also important in this whole like getting stakeholders as part of the research process is the mindset behind treating stakeholders like users.
