What's the Difference Between the General Plan and the Zoning?
The general plan is very detailed. So yet, like e planters, they go to school, like they know the way they're supposed to do it. And a so his ain't unlike we were talking out in san francisco, where the planning department recommended approval and the planning commission proved it. It sort of got stopped at the end. This guy was stopped at the level zero, because the planning department just, like, would not move forward.
