We Met the Two Founders, Vincent and Joe
Pascal came to the US when she was six, lived in complete poverty. She's now a multimillionaire. Vincent and Joe ran a drug cartel with an annual revenue of $350 million a year. Allegedly, he robbed 27 banks by the age of 23. Both had to go to prison for about 10, 12 years. They came out and they started this company, Concreateus. It has 13 or 14 people fixed on the payroll, but they have a network of 800 ex-criminals that is helping on a freelance basis with advertising.
