A war is really a central context for the entire, the entire book. So i would start by noting the ways in which vacines ge as kind of strategy for the national estate during the war. Vaccines provide a means of a protecting a the chinese people from all kinds of military incursions. And more generally, you see vacines being used in part because they're something that i think falls between the question of behaviour in infra structure in a really interesting and potentially useful way.
