CNN's John Sutter asks whether it is racist to say that a group of black kids, for example, is not doing as well in reading. "I would think anybody who hears this and hears that any difference between racial groups is going to be due to racism or some genetic difference," he says. The liberal view on the matter depends on the context, Sutter adds.
