Is Bias Knowing Possible?

Thomas Kelly: There's some reason to think that acquiring certain pieces of political information, and there I mean information in the success sense, like you're getting more rational beliefs about political stuff. But it looks as if there are certain reasons to think that gaining political information makes you a more biased voter. He argues that even in cases where the bias is so strong that it kind of guarantees the person would believe what they end up believing, it might still be knowledge. And he thinks this has interesting implications for discussions of radical skepticism.
