Is Upstate New York a Good Location for Bit Coin Mining?
Upstate New York has low electricity prices and oftentimes unused infra structure. Environmental advocates are proposing a three year moratorium on new or renewed air permits for these types of fossil fuel plants providing electricity bic coin mining. It is not intended to capture distributed bip coin mining, if you're just pulling electricity from the grid.
