The Importance of Representative Design in Skill Training
I think that completely what I see a little bit in these methods is that and I would say like it keeps the essence of the game like the essence of football. There can be more complexity in training design than there is in the actual game so it's less representative but with more complexity the idea is that you hopefully get more skill adaptations. That can be advantageous in certain phases of acquiring or developing skills.
