The Role of Nanotechnology in Art
I think that, you know, the nanotechnologists, particularly artists who work with nanotechnology have been doing this for a while. And so I wonder sometimes with artists, if part of the reason why there isn't a lot of what seems to me to be very serious interest in using chemical methods as art,. perhaps is because it doesn't have some sort of other evocation, right? There's nothing chemistry doesn't have this idea that it affects the world in a grand way for some people the way biology does. But at the atomic scale and the nanoscale, we're really in a regime where we don't know how to build the language and the descriptive systems. So
