Is It a Good Idea to Do Income Verification in Council Housing?
People with higher incomes can live in these units it doesn't mean that they're paying the same rents necessarily right. The rent that you pay is only dependent on the kind of unit you move into and typically it varies with the with the each of the building so and is this true for both council housing and for limited profit housing because it's all based on cost of development anyway It seems like a little harder case to make for council housing when you know some low-income households aren't living in this and have to pay or renting on the private market for example.
