What's the Best Method of Receiving Communion in Microgravity Environment?

There's so much simpler permitted in the G.I.R.M. and with good standing in Christian tradition, regarding receiving the precious blood without touching a chalice. Another option is spoon and straw. Although the USCCB says this isn't customary in the Latin diasies in America. For the record spoon and straw was the method which the precious blood was received in the West before it fell out of practice.
