There were a lot of days in the flight instructor training that I had to call in and be like, Hey, listen, I can't. I got four hours sleep last night. That's the beauty of the training world. The comforting thing about that in a multi crew environment is that that's what your crew is for. Nobody's perfect. But part of how it doesn't happen is backing each other up,.
